Comment dépanner un Canon PowerShot S400

Canon PowerShot S400 (printemps 2003, gamme Digital ELPH) : compact avancé 4 Mpx, réduction yeux rouges. Toujours utilisé. Voici comment corriger problèmes courants.

Matériel nécessaire

• Câble USB Canon S400
• Station charge batterie Canon S400
• Chiffon objectif

Instructions

1. MAJ firmware : Canon a sorti fin 2007 maj logiciel interne corrigeant erreurs courantes. Téléchargez pack firmware site Canon officiel. Double-clic fichier → prompts.
2. Synchro PC : USB original S400 → PC. Allumez S400, molette mode arrière sur « replay ». « Menu » (près viseur) → flèches nav → bas → « firm update » → « set » → sync PC + MAJ logiciel interne.
3. Batterie chargée : retirez (slot bas), glissez métal d'abord dans dock, branchez. Vert = chargé. Remettez.
4. Contacts batterie : chiffon sec propre sur bornes métalliques. Poussière = courant réduit = arrêts inattendus/lenteur.
5. Carte mémoire : remplacez ou reformatez. Erreurs perte données = carte défectueuse souvent. « Menu » → « format » → « set » → jusqu'à 5 min.
