Comment calculer le volume en pieds cubes (pieds³) d'une enceinte
Pourquoi ?
Volume interne net = critère n°1 performance subwoofer auto. Boîte souvent custom. Calcul exact = match specs constructeur.
1. Boîte rectangulaire
- Mesurez L, l, h intérieures (pouces). Extérieur = inclut épaisseur bois = faux.
- Volume po³ = L × l × h. Ex: 12×12×36 = 5184 po³.
- Pieds³ = po³ / 1728 (12×12×12). Ex: 5184 / 1728 = 3 pi³.
2. Boîte trapézoïdale (côté incliné)
- Mesurez hauteur et longueur intérieures.
- Mesurez profondeur haut et bas. Moyenne = (haut + bas) / 2. Ex: (4+14)/2 = 9".
- Volume po³ = longueur × hauteur × profondeur moyenne. Ex: 36×12×9 = 3888 po³.
- Pieds³ = 3888 / 1728 = 2,25 pi³.
3. Boîte cylindrique (tube)
- Longueur intérieure (L).
- Diamètre intérieur (D). Rayon r = D/2. Ex: D=18" → r=9".
- Volume po³ = π × r² × L = 3,14 × 81 × 36 = 9156 po³.
- Pieds³ = 9156 / 1728 = 5,3 pi³.
Astuce
Calculez volume BRUT, soustrayez volume HP (donné constructeur), volume port, volume renforts = volume NET. C'est ce volume net qui doit matcher la spec.
