Jailbreak iPod touch (iOS 5.1.1 ou antérieur) sans Blackra1n : utilisez RedSn0w
Précision
« Black rain » est probablement une coquille pour blackra1n (outil GeoHot 2009 pour iOS 3.1.2). Pour iOS 5.1.1, l'outil correct est RedSn0w.
Appareils supportés (iOS 5.1.1)
- iPod touch 3ᵉ gen (A1318)
- iPod touch 4ᵉ gen (A1367)
- iPhone 4 (GSM/CDMA), 3GS
- iPad 1, iPad 2 (Wi-Fi/GSM/CDMA)
Non supportés : iPod touch 5ᵉ gen+ (puces A5+), iOS 6+.
Prérequis
- Ordinateur Windows / macOS / Linux.
- RedSn0w 0.9.15b3 (dernière version) — archive GitHub ou ipsw.me outils.
- Bon IPSW firmware pour votre appareil (téléchargez depuis ipsw.me).
- Sauvegarde (iTunes → Sauvegarder maintenant).
Étapes jailbreak (Tethered pour appareils A4)
- Connectez iPod via USB. Éteignez.
- Ouvrez RedSn0w → Extras → Sélectionner IPSW → choisissez .ipsw téléchargé.
- Retour principal → Jailbreak → cochez Installer Cydia.
- Suivez instructions DFU : Power 3 s → Power+Home 10 s → relâchez Power, maintenez Home 15 s.
- RedSn0w exploite limera1n bootrom → installe Cydia.
- Appareil redémarre → icône Cydia apparaît.
Contrainte tethered
Appareils A4 (iPod touch 4ᵉ gen) nécessitent boot tethered après chaque redémarrage : RedSn0w → Extras → « Just boot » → DFU encore. 3ᵉ gen (3G) est untethered.
Alternatives modernes (iOS 6–9)
- iPod touch 5ᵉ gen (iOS 9.3.5) : Phoenix (semi-untethered, 32-bit seulement).
- iPod touch 6ᵉ/7ᵉ gen : checkra1n (checkm8, iOS 12–15) ou palera1n (iOS 15–16).
Avertissement : Jailbreak annule garantie, réduit sécurité, peut casser services Apple. À vos risques.
