Synchroniser Outlook (contacts, calendrier, emails) avec un mobile

Gardez Outlook (PC) et mobile alignés : contacts, RDV, mails. Logiciel de sync fourni avec l'appareil (ActiveSync, WMDC, BlackBerry Desktop, Samsung Smart Switch, LG Bridge, HiSuite, Mi PC Suite) ou natif (Exchange/Office 365/Outlook.com).

Méthode 1 : Compte Exchange / Office 365 / Outlook.com (recommandée, sans fil, temps réel)

1. Sur mobile : Réglages → Comptes → « Ajouter compte » → Exchange / Outlook / Office 365.
2. Entrez email + mot de passe (+ code MFA si activé).
3. Activez sync : Contacts, Calendrier, Mail, Tâches, Notes.
4. C'est tout. Bidirectionnel, push (instantané), multi-appareils (PC, mobile, tablette, web).

Méthode 2 : Logiciel constructeur / opérateur (câble USB, sync manuelle ou planifiée)

1. Installez le logiciel : disque fourni OU site constructeur.
   • Samsung : Smart Switch (PC/Mac/Mobile).
   • LG : LG Bridge.
   • Huawei/Honor : HiSuite.
   • Xiaomi : Mi PC Suite.
   • Motorola : Motorola Phone Tools (legacy) / Rescue and Smart Assistant.
   • BlackBerry : BlackBerry Link / Desktop Software.
   • Windows Mobile : WMDC / ActiveSync.
   • Sony : Xperia Companion.
   • Nokia (Symbian/S40) : Nokia PC Suite / Ovi Suite.
2. Branchez téléphone en USB → mode « PC Suite » / « Sync » / « MTP » selon modèle.
3. Lancez logiciel → « Configurer » / « Set Up Device » → cochez Outlook → choisissez : Contacts, Calendrier, Courrier (mails), Tâches, Notes.
4. « Suivant » / « OK » → première sync. Puis bouton « Synchroniser » / « Sync » à chaque branchement (ou auto selon config).

Méthode 3 : Fichiers d'échange (si pas de logiciel / OS ancien)

• Outlook → Fichier → Ouvrir et exporter → Importer/Exporter → « Exporter vers un fichier » → CSV (contacts) / ICS (calendrier) / PST (tout).
• Transférez fichiers sur mobile (USB, cloud, email, Bluetooth).
• Mobile : Contacts → Importer .vcf/.csv. Calendrier → Importer .ics. Apps tierces pour PST.

Points de vigilance

• Doublons : dédupliquez avant/après (Outlook : « Nettoyer les doublons », apps tierces).
• Champ mapping : vérifiez correspondance (ex: « Mobile » ↔ « Phone Mobile », « Anniversaire » ↔ « Birthday »).
• Sens sync : bidirectionnel (défaut) ou PC→Mobile / Mobile→PC seul.
• Sécurité : chiffrement appareil + code PIN + politique MDM si pro.
