Partager la connexion Internet du Palm (tethering) vers PC portable
Utilisez votre Palm (Centro, Treo...) comme modem 3G pour votre PC portable (tethering). Nécessite forfait data + option tethering opérateur.
1. Forfait Broadband Mobile
- Souscrivez option « Mobile Broadband Connect » (ex: Verizon) ou équivalent chez autres opérateurs. Coût selon data incluse. Souvent en plus forfait email/data smartphone.
2. Installation logiciel opérateur
- Installez logiciel tethering fournisseur (CD magasin ou téléchargement site). Version selon OS PC (XP/Vista/7/8/10). Suivez activation à l'écran.
3. Connexion Palm ↔ PC
- Branchez USB fourni OU jumelage Bluetooth.
- Installez pilotes si non auto (Windows Update ou site Palm/opérateur).
- Lancez logiciel opérateur → Sélectionnez périphérique connecté.
4. Surveillance consommation
- Surveillez bande passante : limites strictes, surcoût/Mo au-delà.
- Repères : Email ~7 Ko, Page web ~300 Ko (Flash/vidéo = bien +), PowerPoint ~3 Mo.
- Consultez compte en ligne régulièrement.
Avantage : Accès Internet complet (documents, sites Flash, VPN) là où le téléphone seul ne suffit pas.
