Comment réparer problèmes rétention image Samsung

Rétention image sur TV plasma Samsung empêche affichage précis. Image persiste après fin programme → généralement s'efface en quelques secondes. Si image reste/retenue : utilisez protection intégrée « Screen Burn Protection » pour tenter suppression. Pendant processus : aucune programmation regardable.

Instructions

1. « Menu » télécommande Samsung vers TV.

2. « Down » → surlignez « Setup », « Enter ».

3. « Down » → surlignez « Screen Burn Protection », « Enter ».

4. Surlignez « White », « Enter ». Tous pixels passent progressivement au blanc. NE QUITTEZ PAS écran avant fin.

5. Si images rémanentes persistent après 1h : « Signal Pattern » dans menu « Screen Burn Protection ». Laissez tourner 1h avant quitter menu principal.
