Windows Movie Maker affiche boîte grise à l'import vidéo ? Causes et solutions
Boîte grise = Movie Maker ne peut pas décoder le fichier. Causes & fixes courants :
1. Codec/Conteneur non supporté
- WMM (2012/2006) supporte : WMV, ASF, AVI (limité), MP4 (H.264/AAC seulement), MOV (limité)
- Échoue sur : HEVC/H.265, VP9, AV1, ProRes, MKV, FLV, H.264 haut débit
- Fix : Transcodez avec HandBrake (gratuit) → H.264 MP4, 1080p, 30 fps, Qualité constante 20
2. Fichier trop gros
- Limite WMM 32-bit : 2 Go / 2^31 octets
- Fix : Découpez (LosslessCut, ffmpeg) ou compressez (HandBrake)
3. Fichier corrompu / incomplet
- Testez dans VLC / Media Player Classic — si eux échouent, fichier endommagé
- Fix : Re-téléchargez, ré-enregistrez, ou réparez (ffmpeg -err_detect ignore_err, Stellar Repair)
4. Codecs manquants sur système
- WMM utilise décodeurs DirectShow/WMF système
- Fix : Installez K-Lite Codec Pack (Standard) ou LAV Filters
5. Framerate variable (VFR)
- Enregistrements écran téléphone, OBS VFR → WMM bloque
- Fix : HandBrake → « Framerate constant » 30/60 fps
6. Corruption projet
- Essayez nouveau projet, importez seulement clip problématique
- Réinstallez WMM (Windows Essentials 2012 — archivé)
Meilleure alternative
DaVinci Resolve (gratuit) — gère tout, moderne, GPU-accéléré. WMM est abandonware (arrêté 2017).
