Comment passer un appel interurbain sur son mobile

Les forfaits nationaux incluent généralement l'interurbain. Les forfaits régionaux facturent un supplément par minute hors zone. Vérifiez votre forfait avant d'appeler.

Instructions

1. Vérifiez votre forfait. Connectez-vous à votre espace client opérateur ou composez le 611 (service client). Localisez votre forfait : « National » = interurbain inclus. « Régional » = frais supplémentaires par minute.
2. Changez de forfait si besoin. Selon l'opérateur, option « Modifier mon forfait ». Choisissez un forfait national avec minutes, SMS, data selon vos besoins.
3. Passez l'appel. Si forfait national : inclus. Si régional : attention au surcoût minute.
