Comment avoir votre calendrier Outlook sur iPhone (iOS)

Le moyen le plus simple de synchroniser votre calendrier Outlook sur iPhone est l'application officielle Microsoft Outlook. Elle supporte Microsoft 365, Outlook.com, Exchange, et comptes hybrides avec sync bidirectionnel complet.

Méthode 1 : Application Outlook (Recommandée)

1. Ouvrez App Store → cherchez « Microsoft Outlook » → Obtenir → Installer.
2. Ouvrez app → Ajouter compte → entrez email Outlook/Pro → Se connecter.
3. Authentifiez (connexion Microsoft, MFA si activé).
4. Autorisez notifications (pour alertes événements).
5. Appuyez icône Calendrier (barre bas). Votre calendrier apparaît instantanément.
6. Comptes multiples : Appuyez avatar profil (haut gauche) → Paramètres (engrenage) → Ajouter compte → répétez.

Méthode 2 : Calendrier iOS natif (Sync iCloud/Exchange)

1. Réglages → Calendrier → Comptes → Ajouter compte → Microsoft Exchange (ou Outlook.com).
2. Entrez email, mot de passe, description.
3. Activez Calendriers (et Mail, Contacts, Rappels si souhaité).
4. Enregistrez. Ouvrez app Calendrier → calendriers de ce compte apparaissent sous « Exchange ».

Note : Sync Exchange peut être restreint par politique organisation (Intune, accès conditionnel).

Méthode 3 : Outlook.com / Hotmail via iCloud (Pas direct)

Il n'y a pas de sync direct iCloud ↔ Outlook.com calendrier. Utilisez Méthode 1 ou 2.

Dépannage

• Événements manquants ? Tirez vers le bas dans vue Calendrier pour rafraîchir.
• Calendriers partagés ? Dans app Outlook : Paramètres → Calendriers partagés → Ajouter. Dans iOS : pas supporté nativement ; utilisez app Outlook.
• Événements dupliqués ? Assurez un seul chemin sync (n'ajoutez pas Exchange ET app Outlook pour même compte).
• Pas notifications ? iOS Réglages → Notifications → Outlook / Calendrier → Autoriser notifications.
