Le Cisco 3845 ISR était un routeur modulaire haute performance pour branches entreprise et PME.
1. Routage & Commutation
- Protocoles avancés : OSPF, EIGRP, BGP, IS-IS, RIPv2, PBR, VRF-Lite.
- 4 ports GE intégrés ; jusqu'à 4 slots NM + 1 NME-XD + 2 slots AIM pour expansion WAN/LAN.
- Slots HWIC pour T1/E1, xDSL, ISDN, Série, Sans fil, PoE.
2. Services intégrés
- Sécurité : Pare-feu Cisco IOS (CBAC/Zone-based), IPS (AIM-IPS), VPN (IPsec, SSL, GETVPN, DMVPN, FlexVPN).
- Voix : Slots DSP (PVDM2) pour passerelle VoIP (FXS/FXO/E&M, PRI), CUBE, SRST, conférence, transcodage.
- QoS : CBWFQ, LLQ, shaping, policing, AutoQoS priorité voix/vidéo.
- Application : WAAS Express (optimisation WAN), AppNav, NBAR2.
3. Performance
- Jusqu'à 500 Kpps (IPsec), 1,5 Mpps (forwarding) ; 256–512 Mo DRAM, 64–256 Mo Flash.
4. Gestion
- CLI (IOS 12.4/15.x), SNMP, Syslog, NetFlow, Cisco Prime, Configuration Professional.
