Action VoIP (softphone/service VoIP) supporte conférences multi-parties depuis son app desktop/mobile. Voici le workflow actuel.
Prérequis
- Compte Action VoIP avec crédit/forfait actif.
- App installée (Windows, macOS, Android, iOS) et connectée.
- Contacts ajoutés (ou numéros prêts à composer).
Démarrer conférence
- Ouvrez app Action VoIP.
- Allez onglet Contacts.
- Sélectionnez participants (Ctrl/Cmd+clic pour plusieurs).
- Cliquez bouton Appeler (icône téléphone).
- Choisissez Appel conférence dans menu déroulant.
- Entrez nom conférence (optionnel, pour votre référence).
- Cliquez Démarrer appel.
Pendant la conférence

Astuces & Limites
- Max participants : Vérifiez votre forfait — typiquement 5–10 standard, plus sur tiers business.
- Enregistrement : Pas natif. Utilisez enregistreur OS (Win+G, QuickTime, enregistrement écran Android) ou tiers.
- Qualité appel : Ethernet filaire > Wi-Fi > cellulaire. Demandez participants se mettre en sourdine quand pas parole.
- Tons DTMF : Pour navigation IVR pendant conférence, utilisez clavier in-app.
Différences app mobile
- UI similaire mais optimisée tactile.
- Mode arrière-plan : iOS/Android peut couper audio si app en background. Gardez app au premier plan ou activez « Background VoIP » (iOS) / « Autoriser activité arrière-plan » (Android).
- Casque Bluetooth : Pair avant rejoindre. Basculez sortie audio dans écran appel si besoin.
Dépannage
- Audio unidirectionnel : Vérifiez pare-feu (UDP 5060, 10000–20000), type NAT, réglage serveur STUN dans config Action VoIP.
- Impossible ajouter participant : Limite forfait atteinte ou participant a refusé appel.
- Écho : Quelqu'un a HP + micro trop proches. Demandez casque.
