Comment récupérer mon code Virgin Mobile via Internet

Virgin Mobile (prépayé, haut débit) : compte = code VM à 6 chiffres pour accès, recharge, changement services en ligne. Si oublié : récupération facile via Internet.

Instructions

1. Site Virgin Mobile (ressources) > « Log in ».
2. Cliquez « Forgot Password » > attendez écran « Lost Account PIN ».
3. Entrez votre numéro mobile > sélectionnez votre « Secret Question » (question indice choisie à l'inscription).
4. Entrez réponse à la question secrète > choisissez réception code : SMS ou email.
5. Ouvrez SMS/email > récupérez votre code VM à 6 chiffres.

Gardez ce code en lieu sûr. Il donne accès complet à votre compte (recharges, changement forfait, infos perso). Changez-le périodiquement pour sécurité.
