- App tourne en arrière-plan (iOS VoIP push / Android FCM/Haute priorité). Sonne comme appel natif (CallKit / ConnectionService).
2. Notifications application Desktop / Web
- App desktop du fournisseur (Windows/Mac) ou portail web (navigateur).
- Activer notifications navigateur (Chrome/Edge/Firefox : icône cadenas > Notifications > Autoriser).
- Garder app/onglet ouvert ou en arrière-plan (système tray).
3. Alertes Email / SMS
- Tableau de bord fournisseur > Réglages > Notifications > Activer « Appel manqué » / « Messagerie vocale » email/SMS.
- Utile secours si app/appareil hors ligne.
4. Téléphone IP physique (Poste fixe)
- Sonne nativement. Touches BLF montrent statut collègues.
- Nécessite Ethernet (PoE) ou Wi-Fi, provisionné par IT/fournisseur.
Dépannage absence notifications
- Vérifier **Ne pas déranger / Mode Focus** (téléphone & app).
- Vérifier **Optimisation batterie** (Android) : Mettre app sur « Sans restriction » / « Autoriser arrière-plan ».
