Problèmes HotSync Palm One avec Windows 7

Le logiciel HotSync pour Palm Pilot a des problèmes de compatibilité avec certaines versions de Windows 7. Résolvable par HotSync sans fil si matériel/ordinateur répondent aux prérequis.

Problèmes de compatibilité

HotSync USB non supporté sur Windows 7 64 bits. Seule solution : synchronisation Bluetooth. Windows 7 32 bits fonctionne avec HotSync.

Palm non détecté

Si Windows 7 ne reconnaît pas le Palm branché : vérifiez version 64 bits. Clic droit « Ordinateur » → « Propriétés ». « Système » doit indiquer 32 bits. Sinon, configurez Bluetooth.

Pas de connexion malgré version correcte

Si Palm ne se connecte pas en HotSync sur 32 bits : essayez reset appareil (bouton arrière). Sinon, débranchez/rebranchez. Vérifiez câble bien connecté. Sinon, désinstallez/réinstallez Palm Desktop.
